MAINTENANCE TIPS

•	Remove leaves and twigs with a rake, brush or leaf-blower.
•	Non-filled qualities can, where necessary, be brushed up with a hard broom.
•	Filled qualities can optionally be filled up twice per year with sand or rubber granules.
•	Weeds are best removed immediately by hand. You can use a biodegradable weed killer if it is dry and sunny.
•	Repair loose seams as quickly as possible.
•	Remove beer, coffee, ice cream stains with water, then rub the stains with soapy water and rinse with clean water.
	- Stubborn stains: a solution of 3% ammonia in water. - Oil stains: perchloric ethylene - Organic waste stains: solution or water and white wine vinegar.
•	Get professional advice if water stands on your artificial grass lawn (loss of permeability).

Advice for everyday use

•	It is recommended that sports shoes with steel studs are avoided.
•	Avoid glass and chewing gum.
•	Chewing gum is best removed with ice, water or an ice spray with a low Freon content.
•	Snow and ice do not damage the artificial grass but they harden the mat. To avoid the fibres breaking, it is therefore best to wait until it thaws.

Repairs

Imperfections such as less successful seam joints, hardened adhesive residues between the fibres or other irregularities in the artificial grass mat can be cut out and replaced with a new piece of artificial grass.
